L'Original Douro Hotel està situat a Peso da Régua, a la regió del Nord, a 400 m del Museu do Douro. An amazing hotel. Looks old from the outside, but really pretty on the inside! The staff was great, helped us with everything we needed and more! The town is just beautiful!!

Quinta Vilar e Almarde offers rustic-style accommodation in Castelo de Paiva. The owners could not have been kinder. The lady had my heart as you can tell she loves her property and her garden. This property was like a hidden oasis. It was perfect in every way with an exceptional shower and lots of hot water! We would love to visit again sometime!

View from room was amazing and room very comfortable. Easy parking. Facilities excellent including outdoor pool, sitting out areas, well stocked bar and serving tapas. Breakfast was superb.

Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. Great hospitality, perfect wine and food. I would recommend it for my friends.

Aquest hotel de 4 estrelles està situat a 800 m del centre de Lamego i té el seu propi hort i vinyes. El Lamego serveix cuina local per dinar i sopar. Staff were incredible, pool and amenities were great, terrace for drinks was perfect.

Situated within 13 km of Natur Waterpark and 37 km of Douro Museum, Casa do Santo - Wine & Tourism features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Provesende. It was simply beautiful, we had the pool view room though I have to say the pool, though lovely, was the last thing your eyes feasted on, the views over the mountains and vineyards being exceptional. Pulling the window blinds up in the room took your breath away. Spotlessly clean, fresh and airy. Maria was amazing, very knowledgeable and freely giving of the interesting family history and arranged restaurants and taxis for us which was most helpful. We obviously had to sample the wine and port, again very good, the White Reserva being most excellent, so much so we had to buy some to take home to add to our collection (if it gets there!). The small but perfectly pared nibbles with the wine and port were very naughty but nice. We would definitely stay again and would certainly fully recommend anyone to visit as a must do, great place for all the great Douro river and port wine activities in a peaceful environment. The village is great too. Highly recommended. Thank you.

During our staying, Ricardo and his wife together with the tireless Joao have been great host, but above all they are beautiful people: they gave us precious suggests about our trip, they were always available to our requests, but also to a friendly talk, and last but not least, they disposed every day a really great breakfast and dinner with a charming atmosphere thanks also to the wonderful dining room they have.
