Super worth it. The tents are very spacious and well equipped, the camp is well organized and clean. What sets this place apart are two things. 1. It’s very private with only 4 tents; 2. The service is simply amazing, they are so friendly and attentive. Delicious dinner and breakfast, which is rare in the desert.

The property features a garden, barbecue facilities and parking on-site among other facilities. The property was built in 2023 and features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a ski equipment rental service is also available. Excellent location in the dunes- away from other camps and no light pollution. Desert Stars Camp is offering accommodation in Bidiyah. Boasting full-day security, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. Wonderful secluded desert camp where you can watch the sunset, sunrise, moon and milky way in peace. I saw my first ever sitting star here! The location is well away from other camps and it is very discreet. (On the drive in, you will see other camps very close to the road, don't book those) Dinner and breakfast were delicious and our fussy children found the food excellent. We took the additional options of a 4WD transfer in and a sunset camel ride. We count ourselves lucky to have the camp to ourselves for the night, as we booked a Monday evening. The camp manager is very attentive.

At the campground, all units are equipped with a patio. Every unit is equipped with a private bathroom fitted with a bidet and bathrobes, while certain rooms come with a fully equipped kitchenette. At the campground, all units have bed linen and towels. very helpful staff with helping us getting to the meeting point (our car was stuck in the sand as we got lost along the way in the dark). the dome was exceptional, overlooking the sunrise with very well decorated furnitures.

Units are complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower, while some units at the campground also feature a terrace. 1. We booked the pick up /drop off for 5rial each way( per car) from Badiya where we parked the car overnight. The drive was fun 2. Love the traditional tent on the stilts. Our tent is big and shower/ toilet work perfect ( amazed with good water pressure!) the balcony is really nice to relax. Bed and blankets are very comfortable. 3. Sand dunes all around easy to walk for sunset and sunrise 4. Food is delicious both dinner and free breakfast. Water/tea/coffee are free 5. Staff is friendly and owner Salim even gave me a small gift before we left. 6. You can pay either cash or credit card

Situated in Bidiyah in the Al Sharqiyah region, Rashid Desert Private Camp has a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the luxury tent's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. Rashid is an amazing host and so kind hearted. The location is very isolated from the other camps and right behind the last dunes for an amazing view into the desert. Food was very good and plenty available. We also did the camel training camp visit which was very interesting with Rashid‘s explanation. Dune bashing with sunset was also very entertaining.

But above all, 100 for the people who work there. I mean how impressive and exceptional is this: they dug in the sand for 1,5 hours under the burning sun, and found my car key!!! Muslim and Bedouin rock!

Lovely accommodation, comfortable bed, beautiful decor and most of all....the most delicious food we tasted in Oman. ibrahim has taken us for dune cruising in a Desert, we spent four hours in a desert..such a lovely experiance. In the morning, freshly prepared coffee above the fire, staff was always smiling and ready to respond to any questions we had... It was amazing time. Thank you!!!!!!!
