We really enjoyed our stay here, Shiralee made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived.. she also cooks a delicious English breakfast!! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Up market B&B just outside Windermere. Excellent facilities, quiet even though located on a main road, tip top breakfast and other amenities close by (gas station and gastro pub/micro brewery.

Highfield features great lake and mountain views and its own private car park. The beautiful rooms have en suite bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. Warm welcome, excellent breakfast, ample parking. Great location. The honesty bar was a winner. Highly recommend a stay.

Lovely furnishings throughout. exceptionally lean. it was in a great location for town shops and restaurants . a real find

Set in 14 acres of landscaped grounds next to Furness Abbey, Abbey House Hotel offers luxurious rooms with historic features. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and free on-site parking. Was nice but with limited options. Still it was manageable.
