Perfect apartment in a brilliant location. Rudi met us off the boat and walked us to the apartment. He was lovely and showed us around the apartment and even let us quickly get changed and leave our luggage as we were early, so thank you. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms lovely. Could not have chosen a more perfect place and host. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
Great location, very close to the boats to the train station and Lido. The room had everything we needed and the baggage storage facility was very helpful.
Easy access from boat stop, central to everything. Friendly staff, great little bakery around the corner and restaurant attached, was great too.
The location is well situated for access by boat from the railway station and to the airport. I used both. The Guggenheim and other museums are close by. Staff recommendations for authentic restaurants were spot on and breakfast in the courtyard was a daily pleasure. I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately they were booked out.
Amazing location so close to fabulous shopping and piazza san Marco . Very easy to get to from the boat stop - SM Giglio. Spacious and very clean apartment. Loved the canal view with singing gondoliers passing! Amazing. Adriana was a fabulous host and very responsive and extremely helpful with any questions. We loved it.
The apartment was modern, clean and equipped with excellent bedding and comfortable beds and mattresses. The air conditioner was superb. We were allowed to leave our bags after our checkout which was very useful. Easy to find and at a convenient distance from the boat bus station.
Out of this world! Simply perfect in every way. The staff were so attentive and their attention to detail was exemplary. Honestly the finest holiday we have had and we have stayed in multiple 5* locations around the world but this one tops the lot. Total tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Venice which is only. 10 minute ride on their luxurious hotel boat. Thanks you to all the staff for making our trip so perfect.
We arrived in style from airport by private speedboat hire straight to hotel boat dock, what an experience. Room was absolutely fabulous very specious with big grand windows, high ceilings, beautiful chandelier, comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast on dining room balcony, coffee taste like heaven with breathtaking views of Venetian canals. Overall great experience in historical building.
