This was honestly a outstanding little one night trip , we arrived and was greeted by ernesto , the boat is a little tricky to find so the host send us the exact location on WhatsApp , we arrived a quick tour of this beautiful little boat. And the sunset was outstanding We took the number 14 water taxi from main town Venice Host was absolutely lovely the boat was great for a cheep budget stay it was amazing

Situato a Porto Santa Margherita di Caorle, a 450 metri dalla Spiaggia di Prima Baia e a meno di 1 km dalla Spiaggia di Ponente, il Lady B offre un salone in comune e l'aria condizionata. A really cool option to stay, on the water. All worked well, owner took great care to explain. Lovely atmospherics Extra care for accommodation - anti-mosquito lamps etc. Showers and toilets in marina really nice. Owner very helpful (e.g. transport tip for Venice trip.)

Set in Venice, near Biennale Gardens and Giardini Biennale Vaporetto Station, Exclusivenice yacht is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and shared lounge. The Venice Yacht Club is away from the centre, but I really liked the quiet charm of St. Elena and it is only 12 min walk to Giardini and 17 min to Arsenale. Very convenient for those coming to see the Biennale. If you like being on the water, if you don't mind a bit of walking, if you like strolling in an empty park, with only locals around, I would thoroughly recommend this place. Stefano is a very friendly person always available on the phone.

Cavallino luxury house boat is a boat moored in Marina Sant'elena 400 mt. from the water bus station. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Cabins have shared bathrooms. This is a boat and we like boats! I would not describe this as luxury but it’s basic and functional. The room was small but as to be expected on a sailboat. The captain and another couple were also on board which we knew in advance. Unfortunately, we didn’t speak Italian and they didn’t speak English. The head was to be used at night for emergency only. However, it was in use at least three times and was horrendously loud‼️ We chose to use the facilities at the marina which were wonderful; it was fairly new, clean, and very comfortable! Had a great coffee machine too!! We arrived at 7pm. The other couple were on the boat upon our arrival. They managed to communicate that we call the owner to let him know we arrived. Ernesto was very communicative via text. However, in person, we had some language barrier. He met us within a few minutes and showed us to our cabin and the main salon. We had mosquito spray but still got eaten up by them at sunset. He left the boat as well as the other couple. We stayed in for dinner as we were exhausted from traveling and touring all day. We had very low to no expectations of the “luxury house boat”. We were given one large bottle of water upon our arrival. We didn’t expect more but for the description and the price, an arrival drink would have been a pleasant surprise. The next morning, Ernesto did offer a coffee however, we chose to leave and have one from the machine. Before leaving, Ernesto offered us a sunset sail but for the price ($180 each) and because of the language barrier, we decided to pass on it. He is probably a very nice guy but he seemed very transactional and not really interested in hospitality. We chalked it up as an experience but decided 1 night was enough. We unfortunately knew we couldn’t get a refund but even so, we just could not stay another night. It is at best like an adult hostel. An okay place to sleep but very bare bones and no amenities.
