The hotel is in a good location, close to shops and a public boat station. The staff, with their warm and welcoming attitude, is always there to assist. The room had an air conditioner and was clean.

I loved my stay here! The staff was very nice and attentive, and the hotel and rooms are new, modern, and clean. I loved my little balcony and the quietness of the island and hotel. The closest boat stop is only a couple minutes walk away and will take you to the main island. The outdoor area is beautiful and filled with flowers and trees. Once my room door was shut, I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway which was great. I definitely slept peacefully and comfortably and had a great stay here
Out of this world! Simply perfect in every way. The staff were so attentive and their attention to detail was exemplary. Honestly the finest holiday we have had and we have stayed in multiple 5* locations around the world but this one tops the lot. Total tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Venice which is only. 10 minute ride on their luxurious hotel boat. Thanks you to all the staff for making our trip so perfect.
We arrived in style from airport by private speedboat hire straight to hotel boat dock, what an experience. Room was absolutely fabulous very specious with big grand windows, high ceilings, beautiful chandelier, comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast on dining room balcony, coffee taste like heaven with breathtaking views of Venetian canals.

The staff was excellent. The location was very close to a vaporetto stop. You have to go into this realizing that you’re staying in a yacht cabin, not a hotel suite, and if you like that idea, you’ll love the boat rocking you to sleep. Best sleep I’ve had in weeks!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The dinning area was clean and modern. You could access the Yacht quite easily by waterboat it’s stops pretty much outside.
