The air-conditioned boat consists of 4 separate bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with a hair dryer, a seating area, and a living room. A private entrance leads guests into the boat, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. The boat offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. It was a perfect stay in every way. We were warmly welcomed, and the boat is very comfortable, spotless, with a relaxing atmosphere on board. The food is excellent; I highly recommend this exceptional boat. It was my and my family's first time on a boat and it was much better than expected. I saw some negative reviews, so I had low expectations, but I was surprised. I loved the structure of the port with restaurants, bars and swimming pool (you pay for day use). For me, the best part was the experience of staying on a boat and getting the feeling of what it's like to "live at sea". Next time we will go sailing. If you are looking for something super comfortable, stay in a hotel. If you are looking for an EXPERIENCE, stay here. The boat moves a lot during the day, but at night it is very calm. Tips: - To discover the Cinque Terre, cross the bridge that connects the port to the city and you can choose between taking a boat or train trip. - There are many options of restaurants and shops in La Spezia, it is worth taking time to walk the streets of the center, even at night there is a lot of nightlife. - I don't recommend the boat for people with reduced mobility, as it is a little complicated to get from the pier to the boat (but he said he would fix that).

Property was coinvent walking distance to restaurants, boats, beach, train etc. It was clean, owners were very helpful and available when we needed them.
Very clean, loved the jacuzzi! Short walk to many restaurants. Massimo welcomed us with open arms and gave us a quick run down of the location, boat times etc. . An absolutely wonderful stay.
The host greeted us as soon as we came, showed us around and even agreed to do the washing for us (as the property didn't have a washing machine inside). The host also recommended us some good restaurants, boat trips, etc. The beds were super comfortable, ACs installed, and towels, shampoos, etc were provided — very nice place.
Localization was amazing we got a really nice view on the 5th floor. The staff was super friendly and also cared a lot about how we felt. I would recommend walking in the area due that is easy to walk and the city is very beautiful near the fishing boats and the historic center and gardens. Breakfast also amazing!
The room was good and shower spacious. It had a balcony for smoking and was suited well for 3 people. The host also offered a boat tour or Porto Venere with grilled skewers and both alcoholic/non- alcoholic drinks.
Unbeatable location and I enjoy being on a boat, spent many years holidaying on yachts and cruisers so I knew what to expect. It's a wonderful old wooden boat, the cabins and bathrooms are basic, don't expect luxury.
Nice clean hotel with good food and cocktails Breakfast staff friendly and welcoming Great location for using the train and only 15/20 minutes walk to the port if you wish to take a boat trip or just stroll and see the yachts and cruise ship, also a lovely park to take shade and relax with a coffee or gelato from the nearby offerings.
