The location is perfect. The property management team was great, the place is modern, well-organized, super clean, and in the middle of everything. Walking distance from the train station and to the boats that go to Cinque Terre.

Very polite and helpful owner , was very nice experience to stay instead in regular hotel or apartament , ita a boat so be ready to have shower and use wc in some special asign place wich is just right by the boat , beds were extremaly comfortable and inside there is airconditioner so nice and refreshing .

Localization was amazing we got a really nice view on the 5th floor. The staff was super friendly and also cared a lot about how we felt. I would recommend walking in the area due that is easy to walk and the city is very beautiful near the fishing boats and the historic center and gardens. Breakfast also amazing!
The room was good and shower spacious. It had a balcony for smoking and was suited well for 3 people. The host also offered a boat tour or Porto Venere with grilled skewers and both alcoholic/non- alcoholic drinks.
Great location just above La Spezia old town and by the new cathedral. Easy roadside parking just by the hotel. Comfortable room with good bathroom. Really great, helpful staff. Perfect place to stay for a boat or train visit to the Cinque Terre. Just 15 minutes walk from the Harbour and about 10 minutes from the old town for restaurants etc. Great!
Unbeatable location and I enjoy being on a boat, spent many years holidaying on yachts and cruisers so I knew what to expect.
It's a wonderful old wooden boat, the cabins and bathrooms are basic, don't expect luxury.
The unique boat stay was very special and our host was exceptional, providing excellent references for La Spezia but also for our next destination in Genoa. Breakfast was fine and we will return again.

Great location for using the train and only 15/20 minutes walk to the port if you wish to take a boat trip or just stroll and see the yachts and cruise ship, also a lovely park to take shade and relax with a coffee or gelato from the nearby offerings. Good location to use to explore La Spezia
