A cozy room of 30 sqm furnished to make you feel at home. Equipped with free wi-fi, LCD TV,double bed and a comfortable armchair that can become a third bed. A large bathroom with a spacious shower. Just a few minutes from the centre and the Central Station Distance for boats to the 5 Terre 1,1 Km Distance from the airport 82 Km Ideal for visiting Lerici and Portovenere. The accommodation Civico 69 is taken care of in every detail. A very large room, about 30 square meters, furnished as your own home to give guests all the comfort they need. The bathroom is complete with both sanitary and has a very large shower of 140 cm. If you need a third bed, the maxi armchair quickly transforms and you can sleep just as comfortable. The electronic heating for the winter and the powerful air conditioner will ensure you an ideal climate at any time of the year.
Civico 69 is a new born structure. Our intention is to make you feel properly on vacation. We will try to come up against your every need and request, trying to go and complete more and more what already offers a beautiful and comfortable room of 30 square meters. We have the possibility to provide cot and stroller, in order to lighten your luggage. We can organize personalized itineraries such as walks, excursions, sports activities, boat trips with or without aperitif, organize dinners in characteristic restaurants and much more. We will make your trip special, linked to an anniversary or anniversary. In short, we will do everything possible to make your stay at Civico 69 unforgettable.
Civico 69 is in the city center a few minutes from the pedestrian center. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel you can find any kind of shop and service. The bus stops are in front and back of the hotel depending on the destination. A few minutes walk, on the seafront, there are boats for the 5 Terre, Lerici, Portovenere and Palmaria island. The Central Stations are located about 10 minutes walk and 200 meters from the taxi park.
