Set 11 km from Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, Fjallsarlon - Overnight adventure offers air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. The property features lake views, and is 48 km from Svartifoss. The boat has private entrance. A must do! Being alone by a glacier is an amazing experience. Piotr took us on a private tour before reaching the hut. He then made sure we were all set before leaving us for the night. The hut is very comfortable and the view is perfect.
Close to Zodiac Boat Tour. Clean, quiet, comfortable with restaurant. Nice, friendly staff - check in and check out were very easy. Price was reasonable, compared to other places. Free parking available.
This was a once in a lifetime stay in a glacier lagoon with a view of the glacier. Since it’s light all night in summer we could enjoy the view all night. The hut/boat/igloos is cozy and warm and makes good use of the space. Bed was comfortable. Loved it! The boat ride to the accommodations was also so cool!
Good location in the middle of the south coast. Close to the glacier and glacier boat tours. Good restaurant, friendly staff.
It was nicer than any hostel I’ve stayed at including one I stayed in the night prior in Vik (it was my first guesthouse, so I’m not sure how compares to those here). Room was clean. Bathroom was very nice including amazing shower water pressure and temperature. The location was also perfect for my trip, which included the Sofia boat tour and IMG glacier walk.
We (pre-)booked a glacier hike tour in the glacier and a boat tour on the jökülsalon. So location is great. The burger shop at the gas station is ok, they also sell some food. You can also eat in the hotel which was very crowded each evening.
We had taken the Lagoon boat ride and needed to stay not that far from the Lagoon and wanted Dinner and Breakfast. The Hali fit the bill perfectly. We had an end room that was quiet and more than adequate for our needs. The staff at the office/restaurant were excellent. Food was spot on, and delicious.

A 15mins "private" glacier lagoon boat tour by experienced tour guide was provided before arriving the living hut. The hut was unexpected warm that creating a comfortable sleeping place in glacier lagoon. An wonderful experience we wake up by the sun rising reflected by glacier.
Location was good and close to our 9:20 AM Zodiac Boat Tour, only 10 minutes away. First time stayed in a hostel. It was much better than expected. It was clean and quiet. We got three beds just for ourself. It didn’t make difference to us. Of course we used shared bathroom and kitchen. Everyone cared and kept them clean.
