Light of Zanzibar Hotel is located just a 2-5 minutes walk from the stunning Nungwi Beach (depending if you go through the town or straight to the beach). It has everything you might need, comfortable beds, hot water, mosquito nets and AC. There is a fridge outside your room which you share with the two other rooms on your floor to keep your water nice and cold. Paul and all the other staff are absolutely wonderful, kind and very helpful, just ask if you need anything, they will definitely do all they can to help you out. The served breakfast is always delicious, it varies a little every day so you never eat the same thing. Once we had to take our breakfast an hour early and everyone was so nice that we left with satisfied stomachs. If were ever back to Zanzibar, we’ll stay here again!

My parents and I had a very nice stay at Zuzanu house, all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, rooms were very nice with lots of character and I loved the fact that we were in the middle of a village so we got to experience how the locals live and 2 mins walk from the beach. Breakfast was very nice and fresh everyday. If you are looking for a personal tour guide I recommend Mulato who is a local, he will plan all your tours before you arrive at a fair price and super friendly, his number is +255 777 325 202 insta @zan_mulato_tours

Olamanga Beach Villa er nýenduruppgerður gististaður í Jambiani, nokkrum skrefum frá Jambiani-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á loftkæld herbergi með ókeypis WiFi og bílastæði á staðnum. I love everything about the property, very close to the village where you can find supermarket, restaurants, and any other kind of tour that I was looking for. 1min walking to the beach , not packed beach and with very chilled vibes, perfect for couples and families. The rooms are beautiful and comfortables, details oriented. Pool just for us anytime we wanted , and the fact that they don’t do the cleaning everyday for the climate impact we found it very ecological and nice, something that we appreciate.

Chokoro House er staðsett í Paje, í innan við 300 metra fjarlægð frá Paje-ströndinni og 18 km frá Jozani-skóginum. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They are very reachable, flexible and help you find any activity or service you may need. The appartments are beautiful and extremely clean. Food is excellent and very complete. We had a great stay and would definetely come back.

Villa Kumi er staðsett í innan við 600 metra fjarlægð frá Royal-ströndinni og 1,1 km frá Nungwi-ströndinni. Boðið er upp á herbergi með loftkælingu og sérbaðherbergi í Nungwi. Villa Kirumi is great place to stay in Nungwi area! Location is not far from beach and restaurants. We stayed in Villa for a month and felt really like at home. Owner and all staff are super-friendly and very helpful! Food is good, it also possible to order meals by request, it was very tasty. We are very thankful for generator provision when there were electricity shortages sometimes. It was important for us as we needed to work remotely. We really liked this place and definetely will come back next time. Missing our friend - the dog Piero, he is very kind and nice. Thank everyone in Villa Kirumi for our comfortable staying, we are looking forward to get back!

La Base B&B er staðsett í Kiwengwa og býður upp á gistingu við ströndina, 39 km frá Peace Memorial Museum. Boðið er upp á ýmsa aðstöðu, svo sem einkastrandsvæði, útisundlaug og garð. Roberta the hotel manager was amazing. she is super nice and we had great conversations with her. the two dogs at the property were the cutest little creatures. very nice garden to chill and relax away from the very busy beach. it is a little oasis. rooms are very new, beautifully designed and the AC and internet are working great. the rooms are a short walk to the restaurant and the beach. the restaurant is beautiful and there are several sun beds to chill. overall the staff was very friendly.

Minah Bungalows er staðsett í Nungwi, 600 metra frá Royal-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með sundlaug með útsýni, ókeypis einkabílastæði, garð og bar. This hotel is only 10 minutes walk to the beach. A beautiful and clean pool, rooms are very large and breakfast is delicious. Very nice people. Thanks for everyone. A special thanks for Ms Merina.
