It's just next the main road with ample parking spaces. The restaurant there provides delicious food, I suppose it is the best restaurant in the area.

We appreciated being able to use the kitchen and refrigerator. Parking right in front of the house. Peaceful location...any easy walk to the small town center for restaurants/cafes/shops. WIFI worked well.

The dinner and breakfast is exceptional, and served in the owners' gorgeous cave dining room that is stuffed with local wines, olive oils, honey and more. Really, there isn't a thing to fault - the owners mentioned long careers in hospitality before they opened L'Auberge and it shows - from the way the rooms have been set up to the bedding, everything is thought through. Strongly reccomend a visit!

Au Trait d'Union Tijma Matmata is gelegen in Matmata met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde keuken, bar, tuin en terras. The hotel is very unique, every room is a cave. It's similar to the famous Sidi Driss, only it looks much cleaner, and you don't have tourist going around. We were very glad we stayed there. Everything was very clean, much cleaner than "normal" hotels we stayed earlier in our trip. There is private bathroom, even though it's not near your room, it is dedicated to you. We stayed there in November, and we actually were the only guests. I highly recommend getting dinner there as well. The food was delicious, it was cooked right there by owners and was very good.
