It was really an outstanding experience. The accomodation was comfortable with a large terace and wonderful view. The room was charming. We met wonderful people anf have found friends. We are greatful for their hospitality. When you are there do not miss a chance to take a tour round the village with the guide - a member of the family. It was great and so many new information. Maison d'hôtes DAR DRISS is situated in Matmata. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. What a fantastic place and a wonderful host! He was so kind and helpful, even helping us get dinner when we arrived late. He even prepared an amazing breakfast for us, even though it wasn't included in the package. We were so pleased!

A unique guest house that’s wonderful in every way. Patrick is a genial, supremely helpful host — he even managed to get my iPad back to me when I left it behind. And within 24 hours — when I was a hundred miles away! His wife Sabrine is a Michelin star-level chef, and the dinner she prepares is something you won’t soon forget. A memorable experience.
