Mark and John were exceptionally hosts providing a real home away from home. They provided advice and services that made our stay very memorable and in a perfect location for visiting Nelson.

All water to the property is filtered, and guests are welcome to use the organically grown fruits and herbs. Breakfast is optional for the two self-contained studios but included for the B&B guests staying on the top floor of the main house. The room with the balcony was sooo pretty- same goes for the bathroom and the entire villa. The very nice owner topped it off with the best breakfast we have had in NZ. Freshly prepared with homemade produce. Highly recommendable!
