Sea Breeze B & B is a beachfront property located in Napier, 100 metres from Napier Beach and 1.3 km from McLean Park. Housed in a building dating from 1906, this bed and breakfast is 800 metres from Pania of the Reef Statue and 2.8 km from Bluff Hill Lookout. The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and luggage storage space for guests. room decor very unique, breakfast was very good, host was outstaning and very hospitable, great location easy to get to.

Esther and Tom are exceptional hosts and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. They not only picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station but also helped with restaurant reservations. Meet and greet fellow guests with a drink at 5pm was a great way to get to know fellow travellers. The place itself was beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in NZ. I could go on and on about just how good this is but go and see for yourself!
