Breakfast was an absolute delight with homemade yogurt, bread & delicious jams and to top the stay off Rolf & Monica were so welcoming & friendly right down to the final farewell where we felt we had made amazing new friends. Enjoy downtown Mount Maunganui, a property with a garden, is located in Mount Maunganui, 200 metres from Pilot Bay Beach, 700 metres from Mount Maunganui Beach, as well as 7.6 km from ASB Baypark Stadium. Featuring mountain and garden views, this guest house also provides guests with free WiFi. The apartment was very well decorated and furnished. It was a lovely private space and very close to the action. Everything we could need was there.

Our stay was absolutly perfect. The apartment is spacious, there is a small garden and everything you need like washing machine, dishwasher, etc. For breakfast there are several delicious options. The host is very friendly and helpful and gave us many useful tipps. We would go there again.

Penny and Lain were incredibly kind hosts! They were always warm and friendly. The property itself was most elegant and felt like a cottage out of a story book! Complete with seaviews, Victorian bathtubs and all the trimmings. The bed was amongst the coziest I've ever slept in and the room was equipped with a heater which worked perfectly on the beautiful, rainy days we experienced. We were at walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets. Ubers were readily available too. A continental breakfast was on offer every morning with coffee & a plethora of wonderful teas! Our overnight stay at Parkside Boutique Lodge in Rotorua was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the convenience of the parking, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The lodge is perfectly situated just a 15-minute ride from the city center, providing easy access to all the local attractions and amenities. Despite being close to the city, the lodge offered a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat. The property itself is amazing, offering a serene and secure environment. We felt completely at ease throughout our stay, thanks in large part to the welcoming and incredibly assistive Property Manager. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident from the start. Our room was immaculate, with cleanliness and freshness that made it feel like a true home away from home. The next morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast that provided a perfect start to our day. The common areas, including the kitchen, lobby, and dining space, were appealing and fully equipped to meet all our basic needs. The lodge also boasts excellent amenities, such as a pool, a mini gym, and a basic sauna, adding to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of our brief stay. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view from our room. As nature lovers, we were captivated by the peaceful and incredible scenery that surrounded us, making our stay even more special. Considering all these wonderful aspects, the price of our stay was incredibly affordable and well worth it. We left Parkside Boutique Lodge with the intention of returning in the future, as it truly provided an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rotorua!

Featuring inner courtyard views, Delightful on Devonport offers accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 12 km from ASB Baypark Arena. The air-conditioned accommodation is 11 km from ASB Baypark Stadium, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The property was roomy, decorated beautifully and the bed & pillows were great. Wayne the host was very helpful.
