Lovely decor, clean, cozy & comfortable. Private. Continental breakfast was provided and consisted of a range of cereals, porridge, teas, coffee, toast with several condiments. Facilities were very good. Lovely host also. Quiet residential neighbourhood, plentiful street parking, easy to get to the city centre (driving) but I did notice a bus stop at the end of the street. Really lovely overall.

This was our first B&B stay and what a treat we got! The hosts were very friendly, accommodation was 5 Star, location as less than 15mins to Tauranga City Centre yet far enough away to be quiet and private. Relaxed boutique hotel finesse sprinkled with historical/heritage charm. We had an upstairs suite balcony overlooking the bay. Close to CBD yet in a quiet street. Includes a beautiful downstairs guest lounge surrounded by private garden.
