The apartment was amazing, great views from the rooms. There was a decent sized bedroom with ample wardrobe space and the best bathroom we had during our time in New Zealand. Very comfy chairs in the large lounge and a decent sized tv, although the views were so good we didn't use that. Secure underground parking was a bonus too.

Great location to explore the area. Annie was a fantastic host, very quiet private room, slept well. She really spoilt us with an awesome breakfast spread. Highly recommended.
Lovely decor, clean, cozy & comfortable. Private. Continental breakfast was provided and consisted of a range of cereals, porridge, teas, coffee, toast with several condiments. Facilities were very good. Lovely host also. Quiet residential neighbourhood, plentiful street parking, easy to get to the city centre (driving) but I did notice a bus stop at the end of the street. Really lovely overall.
Great Location. Handy to city and motorway, yet quiet. Very good restaurant. We got a sea view room which was very relaxing and private. Heated tile floors in bathroom also great! Staff were affable and helpful.

This was our first B&B stay and what a treat we got! The hosts were very friendly, accommodation was 5 Star, location as less than 15mins to Tauranga City Centre yet far enough away to be quiet and private. Thank you Diane & Richard for your wonderful hospitality. Hope to stay with you again when we visit Tauranga in the future.
Relaxed boutique hotel finesse sprinkled with historical/heritage charm. We had an upstairs suite balcony overlooking the bay. Close to CBD yet in a quiet street. Includes a beautiful downstairs guest lounge surrounded by private garden.
