We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable, with plenty of room. Since we were here three days we appreciated having a chest of drawers and a spacious closet. The bed was very comfortable and the bath had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and having a glass of wine at the end of the day. Nathan and Tatianna were very friendly and had much to tell us about their experiences in New Zealand and elsewhere. Most special was the morning breakfast. A full continental breakfast and a hot breakfast with fresh avocado,tomato,cheese,meats, breads, cereals, yogurt, wonderful fresh fruit, prepared eggs and bacon along with coffee tea etc. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had!

Lovely property, nice bed, nice shower, great location. We had a last minute booking due to a cancellation from another property and it went so smoothly. Kettle, fridge, microwave, deck, close to beach! Friendly folks, would definitely book again.

Great location to explore the area. Annie was a fantastic host, very quiet private room, slept well. She really spoilt us with an awesome breakfast spread. Highly recommended.
Lovely decor, clean, cozy & comfortable. Private. Continental breakfast was provided and consisted of a range of cereals, porridge, teas, coffee, toast with several condiments. Facilities were very good. Lovely host also. Quiet residential neighbourhood, plentiful street parking, easy to get to the city centre (driving) but I did notice a bus stop at the end of the street. Really lovely overall.

This was our first B&B stay and what a treat we got! The hosts were very friendly, accommodation was 5 Star, location as less than 15mins to Tauranga City Centre yet far enough away to be quiet and private.
