Located within 1.3 km of Sigiriya Rock and 4.4 km of Pidurangala Rock in Sigiriya, Sigiri Enaya Cottage features accommodation with seating area. The breakfast was great. We stayed there 2 nights and got 2 different breakfasts. Both times, it was very good and more than enough! =) The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The place with its little cottages is beautiful and we loved to just sit there and relax amidst nature. We would definitely recommend this place and book it again.

Set within 17 km of Sigiriya Rock and 20 km of Pidurangala Rock, Hotel Hanguk Villa offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Dambulla. Excellent clean room, friendly welcome. Nice fresh juice on arrival. Better than the pictures! Very nice new AC, great bathroom with hot showers, really good mosquito nets with elastic edging. Set well back from the lorry and bus filled busy main road with really nice views across to the hills, was very tranquil. Can sit out the front of your room or there was the covered eating area with dartboard. Re-opened 7 months ago and the new owners are doing a great job. Included breakfast with fruit, toast and eggs. Would thoroughly recommend this place if staying in dambulla, great value and as mentioned before, away from the busy main road.

Offering a garden and garden view, Menara Green Inn is located in Dambulla, 20 km from Sigiriya Rock and 23 km from Pidurangala Rock. This accommodation was probably our best during our entire stay in Sri Lanka. Everything was very clean, very well furnished and the owner was very helpful, friendly and happy to chat with us. We were pleased with the welcome drink and of course the excellent breakfast. We can only recommend it.

Hidden Lake Cottages Sigiriya is located in Sigiriya and features a private pool and lake views. Featuring babysitting service, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Everything was amazing I highly recommend this place consider it in your next visit to Sri Lanka

Offering a garden and garden view, Simoya Nature Park is set in Dambulla, 19 km from Sigiriya Rock and 22 km from Pidurangala Rock. We stayed 3 nights at Simoya. Madhu and Sanjee were very welcoming and nothing was too much bother. The room was to a high standard and had everything you needed, including a fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was huge but very tasty and we also ate dinner there for all 3 of the nights we stayed. In all honesty, Im not sure where else we could have eaten in the local area which was at the same quality as Madhu and Sanjee's cooking. We went to the top of Pidurangala rock for an extra fee at sunrise which was well worth the money. We also paid Sanjee for a transfer to Kandy which was at a reasonable rate. Both Sanjee and Madhu were perfect hosts and really lovely people. The one thing I would say that I have found throughout Sri Lanka is to check costs before agreeing to things but that advice goes throughout and everything additional we paid for we felt was worth the money.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Hungry Lion Sigiriya is a recently renovated guest house situated in Sigiriya, 1.7 km from Sigiriya Rock. Nice and friendly host, clean rooms and good breakfast. Host organized a Safari tour to Eco-park - it was worth! Good accomodation for children - enough space for running around and our little one could watch different animals. We would stay here again.

El propietari és maquíssim, la localització és boníssima ( a 20 minuts caminant de Sigiriya). Recomano demanar sopar ja que era boníssim i abundant. Sense dubte tornaríem.

Located within 1.7 km of Sigiriya Rock and 4.5 km of Pidurangala Rock in Sigiriya, Dream Villa Sigiriya provides accommodation with free WiFi and seating area. We stayed here for 3 nights and had an amazing stay! The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and the location is very central, close to small kiosks and popular hiking trails in the area. The hosts were absolutely fantastic and helped us with everything we needed. Among other things, we booked a safari and transportation through them. I would also recommend having all your meals here, as the wife prepares incredibly delicious local food. Dinner is especially worth having here, as they make it very romantic. I would stay here again if we return to Sri Lanka!

Featuring garden views, Sigiriya Free View Tree House & Villa offers accommodation with terrace, around 1.3 km from Sigiriya Rock. With quiet street views, this accommodation features a balcony. It was a pleasure to stay 3 nights at Rohan and his family. Located in the forest, treehouse surrounded by beautiful nature. The breakfast and dinner prepared by Prasadi was amazing. We felt as family members, our daughter played a lot with their son, Kaviru. The elephant safari arranged by Rohan was unbelievable, a never forgotten experience. The hospitality was absolutely fantastic. Definitely recommended, hope to come back once!

Boasting garden views, Roy's Villa features accommodation with an infinity pool, a garden and a bar, around 8.2 km from Sigiriya Rock. I really liked the rooms and the food. They also offer free trips and the vibe is really nice. Everyone is like one big family. You also can join for a safari trip, cooking classes and every night there is a family dinner.
