As mentioned by other guests Yumiko is a lovely and kind host, her house has a homely feel with all the mod cons and her English is amazing. We really enjoyed our discussions about all things Japan and 'just life in general' while enjoying the warmth of the kotatsu. She gave us some great tips for our visit around Fuji-san and made reservations for us at a popular local restaurant, named Yabu (traditional Japanese food, a real crowd pleaser, don't miss it). Our stay at Link House is one to be repeated :-).

The host took great care to ensure that the room was clean and comfortable for us during our stay. Though it was very cold ( 4 degrees) and raining outside, we felt quickly warmed up his hospitality as well as the fireplace placed at the entrance of the building. There was also an air conditioning unit to heat up the air plus floor heating inside our room. The facilities inside helped to keep my teenagers happily occupied the entire evening as we chose to stay indoor due to the rain. Highly recommend this place if you are driving.

Guest House Zen se găsește pe malul mării în Yamanakako, la 18 km de Fujikyu Highland și la 21 km de Lacul Kawaguchi. The most beautiful Japanese room I've stayed in, on a stunning location and so cheap! Too bad Fuji wasn't showing, but it did not detract from the whole experience. The host was so friendly and helpfull, thank you for your tips!

Even when I took the wrong bus from Fuji station, a simple call to the hosts, resulted in them going the extra mile to pick me from a location nearly 30 minutes away. Their hospitality truly knows no bounds. In a region where it is hard to find vegetarian meals, it was a delight to have a four course vegetarian dinner all made from organic ingredients. The buckwheat galette served at breakfast was mouth watering and I wish i could replicate it in my own kitchen. If you're considering a stay here, make sure to include dinner and breakfast in your booking; trust me, you won't regret it. For those seeking a haven of relaxation and unparalleled hospitality, Vegetarian Jamoo is the place for you. I got the best views of Mt Fuji from lake Yamanakako.

Guest House 合歓木（ねむ） se găsește în Hokuto, la aproximativ 41 km de Canora Hall și la 34 km de Gara Kamisuwa. Beautiful peaceful guesthouse with everything you may need. The owner is a lovely lady who was incredibly helpful.

Habitacion NIIYA Mt Fuji se găsește în Fujikawaguchiko, la aproximativ 1,1 km de Lacul Kawaguchi și la 4,4 km de Fujikyu Highland. We felt very welcomed and warm hospitality from the host. Feels like staying in Japanese home was also great experience and cozy time. And in front of the house, you can sneaky peak of Fuji mountain which always makes your morning happier. 👍🏼

Everything in the house in perfect and cured to every detail. HALELUYA is an oasis of peace. I will definitely recommend it to anyone travelling in the area!

Featuring a shared lounge, Hana Hostel Fujisan is set in Yoshida. The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, and buying tickets for guests. I never felt so well treated by a hotel!!! They took a Polaroid d picture and gave it us with a letter. I’m also pregnant and they gifted us with vitamin C, and chopsticks for both of us and the future baby! The facility is veeery clean, very close to the station and Hana and Satori, the owners, couldn’t be any sweeter!!!! We loooved our stay here!

An extraordinary and charming place. 😊 I slept very well in this accommodation. It is clean and the breakfast was amazing. The owner is very nice and helpful. The possibility of renting bicycles was the best idea and we passed many places in one day. I felt at home there. I believe I will return one day. ❤️

Renovated in September 2018, Guesthouseほのぼの offers an accommodation with free WiFi in Fujikawaguchiko, 1.3 km from Lake Kawaguchi. Really nice place and Masaya is the best host. Our son loved it, and so did we. Keep it up, you are doing it right. He does a shuttle service free of charge to the station and even will pick you up, if you get lost in the woods. But we didn't need that, as we had our own car. Bathrooms are very clean. In general everything is very clean. We had the family room with 5 futons. And as we love the Japanese rooms, it was very comfortable for us.
