Loved the welcome, this felt very much like home and for my first time in Kolkata it was wonderful. I was greeted by Monu, who was fantastic throughout my stay and was offered guidance on what to do in the area, as I was only here in Kolkata for one day. The room was a breath of fresh air (literally) in the chaotic and polluted city! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The delicious food, prepared with care and served in a charming dining area, was another highlight.
