The room was a breath of fresh air (literally) in the chaotic and polluted city! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room also had lots of modern amenities like an air purifier, streaming platform etc. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is also very central.

La atención del personal.Nos han ayudaron en todo momento ante cualquier duda o petición. El desayuno muy rico,cada día un menú diferente. Está muy cerca de la zona comercial y restaurantes unos 15 minutos paseando.

Está más o menos limpio. En mi caso nunca cambiaron mi ropa de cama. Me quedé 15 noches. Pedí si me podían cambiar la ropa, dijeron sí, pero tal vez no me entendieron o yo que sé. El caso que nunca la cambiaron.
La atención prestada por el personal es muy buena. Limpio, cómodo, buen desayuno.
Bien ubicado, cera de una parada de metro y de la zona de Sudder street, en Maidan. El desayuno te lo traen a la habitación.
La habitación no era grande, pero tenía todos los elementos necesarios y estaba bien decorada. el desayuno era bueno y variado. El hotel estaba muy céntrico, nos desplazábamos andando. Por último el personal era amable y servicial.
Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y bastante limpias. El baño muy bien, ya que tenía ducha separada del wc (algo extraño en India) y nos hicieron cambio de toallas. El personal lo mejor, super atento y servicial. Nos dejaron estar por el hotel y usar sus instalaciones después de checkout todo el tiempo que quisimos, y nos ayudaron a contratar un uber para el aeropuerto. La ubicación es perfecta, en la mejor zona de Kolkata. En cuanto al desayuno, pocas opciones occidentales pero las justas para desayunar bien. Repetiríamos.
La ubicación, el orden y limpieza, la atención y amabilidad de su personal, la comodidad de la cama, la habitación espaciosa, el desayuno, todo excelente. Mejor lugar para alojarse en Calcuta en relación al precio.
