Soundproof, I couldn't hear the outside at night. Room was very clean and comfortable. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Free breakfast available in cupboards / fridge, as well as use of appliances. Lounge area with sofas and TV, as well as free WiFi. Overall a very positive experience, you get more than you pay for.

When we arrived at Orchard Grove in Bagnalstown we were greeted by Mairéad who welcomed us and showed us to our room. It was a beautiful two bed en suite room with facilities for tea/coffee and a light snack. Mairéad offered to drive us into Kilkenny where we were attending a wedding. Breakfast the following morning was latest 9.30am, (I love my snooze in the morning) but I could totally understand why it was that time because her phone never stopped ringing and she had to prepare for her next guests. Breakfast was a FULL IRISH and was delicious. Great conversation with other guests and the host. I would give this Bed n Breakfast a 100% top rating. Oh and the jam was lovely 😍😍 I would definitely go back there again. Thanks Mairéad and your helper. Up Limerick

Just 500 metres North of Carlow in a quiet mature area (a 10-minute stroll), Avlon House Bed and Breakfast is an ideal base for touring the South-East of Ireland. The room was large and comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was beautiful

Lovely Laois Loft Apartment localiza-se em Carlow, a 11 km de Athy Heritage Centre-Museum e a 13 km de Câmara Municipal de Carlow. Super welcoming hosts. Cosy big bedroom, clean shower and WC. Clean sheets and super crispy towels. There is a mini kitchen and even board games! I love this place. It's so quiet and peaceful. I recommend a long stay if you're working in surrounding areas for some time or looking for a quiet weekend. It's not my first time here. Excellent money value for such a place to stay.

The Wandering Donkey Guest House situa-se em Carlow, a 12 km de Campo de Golfe e Resort Mount Wolseley e a 20 km de Altamont Gardens. Great location just over an hour out of Dublin. This was our last stop on our road trip, the host was lovely and met us when we got there. Room was large and everything we needed. We got to meet the two sweet pups on the farm and the donkeys which was so amazing! Hot water, comfy bed, coffee in the morning! All great!
