One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

Nastanitev Guest house Garden Beach s 3 zvezdicami se nahaja ob morju v mestu Batumi in ima vrt, skupni prostor za druženje ter teraso. Guest house Garden Beach is such lovely place. I found only pluses. Location is very cool. In one minute sea, without crowd. To Batumy you can go by taxi, by bus or other ways, it's not a big deal. Lovely restaurant and canteen is also near by house and you don't need to think what you should have for dinner. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were perfect. I think the best option for booking is rooms on the third and fourth flour with sea side view. Kitchen has all staff for cooking even juice maker. And the last floor is the perfect place to spend dinners with beautiful sunset. My recommendation and enjoy your time.

Clean, comfortable hotel a short walk from the beach. You do have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. No breakfast is served, but there is a kitchen available to use and a nice shaded courtyard. A nice cafe is right down the street.

Nanas Guesthouse is absolutely perfect for a visit in Batumi! The house is a beautiful old house with bright and quiet rooms! There is a washing machine and a kitchen available and the hosts are super helpful and nice. We could not have imagined a better place to stay in Batumi and it was one of the best accomodations we had throughout Georgia!
