One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

Guest house Garden Beach is een accommodatie met 3 sterren tegenover het strand in Batoemi met heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Guest house Garden Beach is such lovely place. I found only pluses. Location is very cool. In one minute sea, without crowd. To Batumy you can go by taxi, by bus or other ways, it's not a big deal. Lovely restaurant and canteen is also near by house and you don't need to think what you should have for dinner. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were perfect. I think the best option for booking is rooms on the third and fourth flour with sea side view. Kitchen has all staff for cooking even juice maker. And the last floor is the perfect place to spend dinners with beautiful sunset. My recommendation and enjoy your time.

Clean, comfortable hotel a short walk from the beach. You do have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. No breakfast is served, but there is a kitchen available to use and a nice shaded courtyard. A nice cafe is right down the street.

From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was immaculate, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the stunning view from the room, which we enjoyed every morning. The beautiful balcony was the perfect spot to relax and take in the scenery. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Hosts are very friendly, responsive, always ready to help. It was our first stay here, we hope to come back. Strongly recommended.
