A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

I found only pluses. Location is very cool. In one minute sea, without crowd. To Batumy you can go by taxi, by bus or other ways, it's not a big deal. Lovely restaurant and canteen is also near by house and you don't need to think what you should have for dinner. We booked 3 rooms and all of them were perfect. I think the best option for booking is rooms on the third and fourth flour with sea side view. Kitchen has all staff for cooking even juice maker. And the last floor is the perfect place to spend dinners with beautiful sunset. My recommendation and enjoy your time.
Gonio

Clean, comfortable hotel a short walk from the beach. You do have to cross a very busy road to get to the beach. No breakfast is served, but there is a kitchen available to use and a nice shaded courtyard. A nice cafe is right down the street.

Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Ubicación excelente, muy buena zona cerca de todo. La habitación estaba limpia, la cama grande y muy cómoda. El propietario es muy amable y servicial, dispuesto a ayudarte si lo necesitas. En general, muy buena relación calidad/precio, es bastante recomendable.
Pudimos en la puerta del hotel porque tenía sitio reservado. La limpieza tanto de la habitación como del resto del hotel. El aire acondicionado no apunta directamente a la cama por lo que no molesta al dormir. El desayuno era abundante y la mayoría de las cosas eran caseras
La ubicación buena, la cama buena,desayuno nada de nada, pregunte por un café y ni lo sabían pues las dos personas que había no hablaban ingles
