This place exceeded our expectations. We chose it based on an excellent review score, and it was even better than that. The restaurant is excellent. We arrived without reservations, so had to wait for a table; at that point in the evening we thought splitting dishes was enough food - and then were amazed at the quantity served. Compliments went to the chef for taste and presentation. Breakfast was also excellent, again from the same excellent kitchen. Our host was outstanding; very friendly and helpful without gushing or imposing, perfect balance. We were very pleased with our room, which was an upgrade to best still available at no extra charge.

St Johns House Lichfield is located in the heart of central Lichfield, a 2-minute walk from Lichfield City Train Station and a 5-minute walk from Lichfield Cathedral. Room was very nicely decorated, we needed to bring an extra little person and they arranged an extra bed to be put in the room, Breakfast was excellent, it was very hot but fans were provided. Lots of little extra touches in the room that we did not use, but were appreciated

Located in Newcastle under Lyme, within 5.8 km of Trentham Gardens and 31 km of Alton Towers, The Masons Arms provides accommodation with a terrace as well as free private parking for guests who... Everything was lovely, clean, comfortable and quiet. Ideal location not too far off the M6.

Set in Longnor, within 11 km of Buxton Opera House and 22 km of Chatsworth House, Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese offers accommodation with a bar as well as free private parking for guests who drive. A wonderful place and a more than warm and welcoming host and staff. I'll come again.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, The Bay Tree Bed & Breakfast is a recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Alton, 4 km from Alton Towers. We loved everything about our stay ! Our room was spacious yet warm and cozy. The host has really gone out of their way to ensure their guests are happy, ensuring there was nothing more you you could need. The attention to detail was wonderful. The breakfast options, snacks and treats, games for children, bedlinen, friendliness, location it couldn’t have been more perfect! ….We will return again.

Situated in Eccleshall, in a historic building, 18 km from Trentham Gardens, Eagle House - Award Winning Luxury B&B and Apartment is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with a garden and shared... It's so good to see a property restored and refurbished and now being used as a luxury B and B.

Set in Biddulph and with Capesthorne Hall reachable within 19 km, The Royal Oak offers express check-in and check-out, non-smoking rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Management was friendly and accommodating. The decor was cozy and comfortable; the side door entrance was convenient. I look forward to staying here again.

Situated in Leek, 18 km from Alton Towers and 21 km from Buxton Opera House, Black Lion Inn features a restaurant, mountain views and free WiFi. Great location. Friendly little pub. Room was perfect with great views and a super comfy bed. Dinner was really lovely as was breakfast. Proper fresh milk in our room for hot drinks. 😊

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, High View Cottage is situated in Uttoxeter, 17 km from Alton Towers and 29 km from Trentham Gardens. What a beautiful location, very nice and clean and welcoming. Could not have asked for a better stay over.

Set in Uttoxeter and only 15 km from Alton Towers, 24 Fairfield Road offers accommodation with quiet street views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was perfect. The location is excellent, it's 5 minutes walk to the town center. We stayed here to attend Uttoxeter races, this is within walking distance. The room is very nice, it has a big ensuite and everything you need (home from home). Also as an extra bonus to the room.. the bed is really really comfortable. Peter is a great host. Thank you for a perfect stay 😁
