For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Manor Bank Cottage is so lovely! The location is pretty and it’s easy to get to many of the beautiful things to see in the New Forest, especially ponies and the car museum. Whilst the cottage isn’t huge it’s very comfortable. The shower is amazing! Our host was welcoming, helpful and provided tasty things to make our own breakfast. We particularly loved the horses being our “neighbors “. Definitely recommend.

Great location for Petersfield and the train station, on a quiet road. Comfortable spacious double room, clean. Lovely breakfast at a good time of 7-9am, with fresh fruit and delicious coffee, and Chris kindly provided butter at my request (I'm fussy about spreads...). I'd be happy to stay again.
The location is fantastic, St James Villa is a 5 minute walk to Winchester city centre, but leafy and quiet and residential. The decor is quintessential English opulence. I love it, completely unique, one of a kind and with the best host. Alex is charming and the perfect host.
This is a charming little cottage (converted attic). The bed was huge and super comfortable. The access to the property is up a few stairs. The bathroom was huge (it is at the entrance to the quirky layout but don't let that put you off. It's very private, quiet and with easy access to footpaths for your furry family members. We loved our stay. Our host Fan, was extremely helpful, friendly and very happy to help with any requests. I would highly recommend and return.

Very comfortable sunny ground floor room with private patio at the back of the property. Very quiet. Bathroom layout was awkward because of wet room shower area. Good lighting and modern facilities that all worked! Comfortable 4ft bed with lightweight duvet for the warmer months. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Excellent food at dinner. Parking space allocated on arrival. Friendly welcoming staff, with tea and cake on arrival -nice touch. Very convenient location, close to forest and the coast.
It was in a great location close to the city centre and train station but quiet at night. It had all the facilities you could need for self-catering. It was very cosy and had lots of space, It was also very secure with two coded doors.
Wonderful, welcoming staff, great location, excellent breakfast and bar (recommend the negroni!), and lots of private spaces. Will definitely come back.
