It’s very cute and modern, with all new amenities that worked very well. The location is very cute, by the (formerly inhabited) horse stables and with an apple orchard just in front :) it’s about a 10 min drive to the beach and 5 mins to nearby Beaulieu so it’s not far from walking spots, but still very quiet and secluded. We got great directions from the lovely and very accommodating host as the place was hard to find, but with the detailed description we had no problems at all! And we had breakfast supplies provided as well :)

We had a wonderful one night stay. Genette was really friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely breakfast and appreciated the fresh fruit and locally sourced sausages. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the location.

Breakfast served in a dining room full of antiques. Excellent selection of fresh fruit with natural yogurt and granola followed by cooked food served in a silver platter!
On arrival our name was on the parking space which was lovely touch & made it easy to park. The room itself was on the small side but perfect for our few nights stay and the bathroom was a very good size. Lovely welcome pack about the area. Great location & very quiet. Beautiful place so would definitely return. Gluten free option for breakfast was a bonus too. Staff very friendly.
It really was a “home from home”. Lovely property, well maintained in a great location, quiet, with a great outlook. The record player with LPs from the 1970s was a nice touch! The electric car charger was most welcomed too.
Very comfortable sunny ground floor room with private patio at the back of the property. Very quiet. Bathroom layout was awkward because of wet room shower area. Good lighting and modern facilities that all worked! Comfortable 4ft bed with lightweight duvet for the warmer months. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Excellent food at dinner. Parking space allocated on arrival. Friendly welcoming staff, with tea and cake on arrival -nice touch. Very convenient location, close to forest and the coast.
