Natural beauty can be found close by in The Peak District National Park and in the traditional Yorkshire villages and countryside which surrounds Lyndene. Everything. Paul and Sophie are fantastic and we felt very welcomed! They have great tips and they are very helpful. The place is well located, close to pubs, restaurants. It is super clean. I highly recommend it!

Situated just 3.3 km from Utilita Arena Sheffield, Sam’z Boutique features accommodation in Sheffield with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. The rooms were well furnished, very tidy and comfortable. Everyone was thrilled with every aspect of the house and the warm welcome we received. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Sheffield.

Set in Sheffield and only 8.2 km from Utilita Arena Sheffield, Coniston Guest House offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. This family run guest house helped us feel at home when we most needed to feel comfortable. No one likes getting sick while on vacation, but our son managed to catch a very bad bug and needed medical attention. That's when Deborah, the host, helped us. She gave us information about British system, and was flexible about some of the breakfast issues (son wouldn't eat, etc). She's very gracious! As for the property, our room was spacious, with two sitting chairs overlooking the streets below. Our room (a triple) had a fridge ) Because we had to stay in, it turned out to be a great place to relax while my son slept (unlike some cramped rooms). If weather is nasty, I can imagine people wanted to stay in, have tea, and read. Overall, it's great to see that local, family guest houses still exist. And ones like this one, managed by Deborah, are a wonderful place to stay.

Located in Sheffield and only 15 km from Utilita Arena Sheffield, Loadbrook Cottages provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. This place was not AT ALL as pictured in B.com. It is absolutely charming, full of light, and a cheerful delight to stay in !! The accommodations occupy an L of an L shaped picturesque stone farm house dripping with wisteria, eith lawn and garden, on a farm surrounded by friendly atmosphere-producing farm animals (horses, sheep), in a garden on one side and the farm buildings on the other. All are surrounded by a vast landscape of fields and pastures, just beyond the protective trees. It is in/on the edge of the High Peaks Nat'l Park, and a breathtaking experience. Big sky and gloriously open landscape. Friendly and cheerful. The accommodation is quite lux, with large light comfy rooms and a very large luxurious bathroom with tub, shower, and lots of hot water. The owner is a sophisticated, friendly, competent lady well versed in the life of the area. The public rooms downstairs, an inviting den and pleasant breakfast room, are sure to please. Breakfast was delicious and served at my convenience, with limited but adequate choice of traditional fare - nothing too fancy or esoteric. A relaxing country retreat in which to spend a few days.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, Hooton Pagnell Hall is located in Hooton Pagnell 11.5 km from Doncaster in the South Yorkshire Region and 45 km from York. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar.... Ella- the lady who works there was absolutely wonderful, really friendly and accommodating. She kindly gave us a bottle of Prosecco for our room as we were there for a romantic break. The room was beautiful, clean and cosy. Breakfast was great, there was a wide range of food to choose from. Overall a wonderful stay. We will be back. Thank you!

Situated in South Yorkshire, the Wortley Cottage Guest House is in the historic village of Wortley. Wortley Cottage Guest House was an enjoyable place to stay. Tony and Su were quite a pleasure to talk with. Breakfast was great. The surrounding countryside is beautiful. All together, we would highly recommend it.

This hotel is set in the stunning Mayfield Valley amid picturesque countryside on the edge of the Peak District. The Norfolk Arms is a recently renovated, historic Grade II-listed coaching inn. Well located with beautiful views. Staff friendly and helpful. Large, very well priced, family room for couple with two small children (a king+ double bed plus two pull out full size trundle beds for children). Plenty of free parking. Alpaca and small animal farm around the corner for children. Nice Ales and Ciders on tap. Family menus.
