Located in Brecon and only 49 km from Elan Valley, Beaconsview B&B provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Spacious, very comfortable and attractively appointed room (#2) . Loved being able to make tea in the room, with milk available in the mini fridge, along with other drinks. The biscuits left for us were a bonus. We slept very well in the king-sized bed. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of foods to choose from. Our hostess was very welcoming.

Baskerville House, a property with a shared lounge, is located in Clyro, 48 km from Elan Valley, 6.1 km from Clifford Castle, as well as 13 km from Kinnersley Castle. All. We are not used to put a 10 but they deserve it. Welcoming was perfect, beautiful house and room also. Big car park and wonderful breakfast, with all homemade. Host also helped us to find where to eat in a good Welsh pub.

Boasting a bar and views of river, Riverbank Bed and Breakfast is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Llanwrtyd Wells, 33 km from Elan Valley. Beautiful property photos certainly don't do it justice. Fabulous friendly host. Spotlessly clean comfortable room with super breakfast provided. As bikers perfect facilities were also provided for our bikes so an additional bonus for us.We will be returning again in September.

Situated just 43 km from Elan Valley, The Dolfor Inn features accommodation in Newtown with access to a garden, a bar, as well as bicycle parking. Gorgeous setting with sheep bleating faintly in the background - inn was easy to find with GPS. Rooms were cozy and spotlessly clean. We had dinner on site - delicious - wide selection of refreshments.

Gorgeous location, spotlessly clean, wonderful hosts, great breakfast, really comfy room with ensuite. Added bonus was the cozy lounge room with every type of beverage possible and badger-cam! Night vision cameras streaming wildlife on the telly in the lounge. Very original idea! Well done to the hosts for a great B&B😊 Great walking to hillsides and scenery.
