Boasting a shared lounge, West End Townhouse is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in the centre of Edinburgh, close to EICC. Carol, the owner of the place was absolutely wonderful to us. Her hospitality and the beautiful place itself made us feel at home. The breakfast was also amazing quality. We are definitely staying here again if we ever return to Edinburgh.

Very nicely decorated room, close to bus stop and tram station. All personell was very friendly. Amazing breakfast options!

Situated in Edinburgh, 1.5 km from Royal Yacht Britannia and 2.2 km from Edinburgh Playhouse, Sheridan Guest House features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. Tom and Rowena were incredibly accommodating and kind. They greeted us upon arrival and had bought specific ingredients for breakfast to cater to our dietary needs. We were visiting for the marathon and they even offered to get up early to prepare a meal for us. The room was beautiful and cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious (especially Rowena's homemade sourdough!). I could not recommend the Sheridan Guest House enough and will definitely be back if I visit Edinburgh again.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Straven Guesthouse provides accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. Our weekend at Straven Guesthouse Edinburgh was wonderful. There is a real homely atmosphere and connection to cultural traditions. The wonderful and helpful hosts have thought of everything a guest might need. The guesthouse is very close to the coast where people like to walk. Edinburgh city centre is within easy reach by bus. Highly recommended.
