Was unable to make it to breakfast because we enjoyed the evening with the owner in the bar into the wee hours!!

The host was so welcoming and told us about was was around and how to get there. Fabulous breakfast too.

Wow how lucky was I to be given the front room in the Boat House Super Suites, facing out across the harbour to watch all the comings and goings of the ferries. Perfect location with free parking on the street. The shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels, and Castle and churches are only a two minute walk away. To the ferry is a one minute drive. The room is luxurious. In the little kitchen facility I loved the way the breakfast was ready there for me every day. I could have stayed longer and spent more time dreaming out the window. Very comfortable.

Facing the seafront in Rothesay, St.Ebba B&B has a garden and a terrace. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the bed and breakfast free of charge. The bed and breakfast features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. Central location, room was beautiful overlooking the bay, Kristine and her staff were excellent. We would definitely recommend it and stay again if/when we are back in Rothesay.
