Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Sunnyside House features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The location was perfect, just a stroll into the town and near to the woodland walks. Right on the waterfront. The host was so welcoming and told us about was was around and how to get there. Fabulous breakfast too.

Providing sea views, Boat House Super Suites in Rothesay provides accommodation and a garden. There is a private entrance at the bed and breakfast for the convenience of those who stay. Wow how lucky was I to be given the front room in the Boat House Super Suites, facing out across the harbour to watch all the comings and goings of the ferries. Perfect location with free parking on the street. The shops, restaurants, cafes, hotels, and Castle and churches are only a two minute walk away. To the ferry is a one minute drive. The room is luxurious. In the little kitchen facility I loved the way the breakfast was ready there for me every day. I could have stayed longer and spent more time dreaming out the window. Very comfortable.

The property is an old Victorian building with a beautiful large combined bedroom and sitting room and plenty of storage. We had a wonderful view to the sea and a delicious breakfast made to order and served elegantly. There was also a lovely common room also facing the sea. Despite the bad weather our stay was cozy and comfortable. Would strongly recommend!

Owner and family extremely pleasant and accommodating. Was expecting more for breakfast but enjoyed what we got. Our suite was lovely.
