Set in Gretna, the recently renovated Kirkcroft Guest House offers accommodation 42 km from Thirlwall Castle and 17 km from Carlisle Railway Station. Christine and Tony made us feel so welcome, they were very friendly. Delicious home cooked breakfast, comfy beds and spacious room with tea coffee biscuits etc.

Islecroft House Bed & Breakfast features sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Isle of Whithorn. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. The house was very nicely done up and very clean. All our needs were taken care off, so one of our best stays. Location was great with lovely views. The host was very thoughtful and helpful with suggestions as well. Would definitely recommend it!

Very friendly, super clean, fantastic decor, very high standard, bed was lovely and comfy, fab pillows! The hot tub was great, easy to book your slot/s, if like us it was a great start and end to a day. The hubby found the sauna to be an added bonus!! Fantastic seating areas by the river, very soothing to listen to the water rushing by, there is a lovely little summer house outside too, we would love to visit again in the summer. The biggest healthiest chickens in the front garden, don't forget to take them some grapes! Super breakfasts, and the smoothies were delicious, all in all not a bad thing to say about this fantastic little guest house!!

Everything was great with a perfect host. We enjoyed very much to talk about british history and hope that the fire inspector does not prevent that you further rent the room

Corsewall Arms Guest House is situated in Stranraer and offers a terrace. Loved our room, our bed, our breakfast and Jo couldn’t have been nicer, welcoming us with coffe, tea, ice water and fresh baked cookies.

Situated in Gatehouse of Fleet, Woodlyn Guest House offers accommodation with free WiFi and flat-screen TV, as well as a tennis court and golf courses situated within easy walking distance. The owners were very friendly and helpful.
