Birchwood Guest Lodge offers air-conditioned accommodation in Balmaha. Free WiFi and freee parking is available at the property. The owner welcomed me when I arrived late in the evening , tired from the west highland way, and was very kind and warm! He was helpful and patient even though it was pretty late. The room was decorated so special, and had everything I needed for a good night sleep. The shower is great. The location is close to the WHW trail and was the best choice. Very close to a pub and a coffee place. I would stay there again.

We had a very warm welcome from the hosts. It was great to stay somewhere small and friendly on the West Highland Way. Freshly cooked breakfast was excellent. Very comfortable room.

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Lubnaig Guest House is a guest house situated in a historic building in Callander, 34 km from Loch Katrine. We particularly appreciated our host. She was very friendly and gave us great suggestions about things to see in the area. And breakfast was delicious.
