We were always so close during our visit to the main attractions that we could always go in and out of the hotel if we needed to leave or grab something. The staff was very friendly and gave us reliable and useful informations. The room was big and clean. Totally recomand it.

The staff were really attentive. They clean the rooms everyday. They also change the towels everyday. The room was spacious. The bathroom has bathtub, bidet and hair dryer. They provide wáter heater for the free coffee, tea and milk. Coming on winter, we thought It would be very cold but the room was really warm. We didn't use the heater a lot. And the location is amazing. You could go anywhere in minutes. There was nothing else i could've asked for.

The Prado and Reina Sofia Museums are a 20-minute walk away. Atocha Railway Station is less than one kilometre from the guesthouse. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. On the way to the airport I left something in the taxi the Evoke staff was able to contact the taxi and have them bring the item to me at the airport. They also followed up to make sure I was OK. If you are a traveler this is a great place to stay.
