If you like the mountains, do not hesitate to go outside Madrid—amazing hikes and landscapes. The place was quite good and they were very friendly. You will feel at home. They let us charge our electric car. We appreciated the Spanish breakfast with the bonus of delicious cakes baked at home.

Woohoo Rooms Chueca is centrally located in the Chueca District, 100 metres from Madrid’s famous Gran Via, 10 minutes’ walk from Puerta del Sol Square and only 3 minutes’ walk from Chueca Metro... The staff were very helpful and nice. Always available when we needed them.

Centrally located overlooking the Royal Palace and Sabatini Gardens in Madrid’s Plaza de Oriente, this elegant guest house offers 24-hour reception and free WiFi. We stayed in this hostal in 3 separate occasions from October to November as we used Madrid as our base while we travelled to other locations in Spain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and accommodating most especially Jose and Alina who always gave us excellent and timely service and made us feel very much at home. The location of the hostal is very central, near the sights and good restaurants and we felt very safe there.

Situated in Madrid’s Las Letras district, this guest house is 300 metres from the Prado and Thyssen-Bornemisza Museums. Location 10 of 10 House, elevator, entrance 10 of 10 Great room for such price. Very clean. Comfortable beds.

Hostal Evoke Madrid is situated in the centre of Madrid, just 500 metres from Puerta del Sol. It features a 24-hour front desk, rooms with private bathrooms and free Wi-Fi access. Excellent location, easy to get everywhere I needed to go. Lovely building, room was small but sweet, very clean and well-equipped with everything one would need. Staff is welcoming and super kind. I highly recommend Hostel Evoke!

Just 100 metres from Gran Via Metro station, Casa Bueno offers well-priced accommodation in central Madrid. It has free Wi-Fi in all rooms and is just 2 minutes’ walk from Chueca. I am never great at writing reviews after a trip but I feel like this property and the staff deserve the review and my immense gratitude. I had absolutely loved my room, the facilities, the location, everything so even just as a regular guest I would rate it as an excellent place. But the reason, I am so grateful that I chose CH Bueno for my quick trip Madrid is the compassion and help they displayed during a difficult time of emergency. Long story short, I experienced unforeseen emergency health issues during my stay (I was traveling alone) and had to be hospitalized for three days. It was at this time, I reached out to Jose to explain my situation and the kindness and compassion he showed during that time deserves to be shared. He went above and beyond in making sure I did not worry and he would work with my situation and when released from the hospital, he even offered assistance with carrying my luggage. It was like I was staying with a friend/family member and not just a hotel and I can't thank Jose and the staff enough for his kindness. I would have to admit, this gesture confirmed for me that the people of Madrid are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Thank you SO much Jose =).
