The location is about 20 minutes from the ferry/S Bahn. The room is very clean, cozy and welcoming, with the forest in the back. It has a lovely garden. Key pick-up process is easy, and the breakfast is amazing with so many choice of marmalades. The staff are all friendly. I find the shower very comfortable. Definitely worth the money and want to visit again!

No sooner had we parked than we were already greeted by a friendly and very helpful hostess. The hotel was gleaming with cleanliness and smelt fresh. Then she took us to the rooms, where everything was at the highest level - comfortable furniture, wifi, aesthetic interior - painting on the walls, all the necessary hygiene products and towels. Breakfasts are paid separately and we regret that we did not try, as the dining room is very cosy and the choice of dishes is pleasantly striking. The hotel itself is very quiet and at night, despite the fact that the windows in our rooms faced the road, nothing interfered with sleep. Of the non-critical minuses, which did not prevent us from finding a common language - the owner does not speak English. More serious minus and we very much ask to correct it, someone smoked in the hotel, in the rooms there was no stench, but in the common corridor the smell was strong even in the morning. Otherwise it is a great place to spend more than 1 night there. Special thanks for the nice cute gifts in honour of Easter. For value for money it is the best offer.

The room was nice, bright and quiet. There was a kettle , coffee and tea in the room.The owner let me drop off my things in the morning and made sure our bicycles were securely stored. The breakfast was nicely presented and very good. Will definitely stay there again when in Zittau.

Pieza muy limpia, cama, sábanas y almohadas confortables. Relación precio calidad de servicio muy bien. Desayuno espectacular. La distancia al centro de la ciudad debe considerarse.

Habitación muy grande con cama XXL, sofá y mucho espacio. El desayuno estaba bien....
La ubicación frente al río, con vistas a la ciudad vieja son increíbles, caminando a la orilla del río y cruzando por el puente se llega rápido al centro. Las habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas, espacio adecuado para colocar dos maletas grandes y colgar chamarras gruesas. El desayuno variado y el área para desayunar amplia; el personal muy amable. El estacionamiento 2 amplio, mucho mejor que el estacionamiento 1. El estacionamiento 2 no tiene elevador, pero sí rampa para jalar las maletas. Muy fácil llegar en automóvil.
Se encuentra a medio camino entre la estación central de trenes y la zona histórica de la ciudad. Es un apart hotel, así que dentro de la habitación hay una pequeña cocina, vajilla, heladera, etc.; por este motivo no utilizamos el servicio de desayuno del hotel, nos preparamos nuestro propio desayuno :-) El baño es un poco pequeño en comparación al tamaño de la habitación, las camas son muy cómodas. Dato adicional, hay un supermercado Rewe a dos cuadras del hotel.
El trato del personal era muy agradable y las camas eran muy cómodas. El desayuno también estuvo muy bueno.
Desayuno estupendo y cercano al aeropuerto a 1 minuto de la terminal. Baño limpio y cama cómoda.
La habitación estuvo magnifica, muy aplia y tranquila. La cama muy cómoda. El estacionamiento muy cerca. La gente de la recepción muy amables y serviciales. El restaurante cierra a las 9, me parece que es muy temprano, por lo mismo tuvimos que salir a buscar donde cenar, pero el pueblo ofrece restaurantes muy ricos y no tuvimos problema. El desayuno estuvo agradable, dentro de los estandares europeos.
