Very well kept with everything you might need. Easy to check in / out. Nice balcony. Situated close to the center of the town and on top of a small bakery with very friendly staff.

There are only four rooms, giving a very quiet and cosy vibe. Rooms are well finished and well proportioned with good air con and wifi. Short walk to the town and bakery for breakfast. Really well run by a lovely, accommodating family. We were gutted to leave.

We just stayed for one night while traveling but we would have stayed longer had we known the place before! Klaus is an amazingly friendly host. He took a lot of time to show us the property, served excellent breakfast and offered dinner and was all around pleasant. The guest house is well built and comfortable. There is a lot of forest in the area that you can probably go hiking in (we haven't tried given the brevity of our stay).

There were so many things we liked about this property, I could write a book. We came to Costa Rica for the wilderness and after visiting La Fortuna and other areas of Costa Rica and seeing no animals we were thrilled when we saw them right on the property. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was amazing, the grounds were like paradise. Love love this place
