Horquetas River Lodge features river views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Sarapiquí. The property has garden and quiet street views. Perfect stay. Host was so sweet. She even made us breakfast at 6am before we left. My daughter and I only stayed for one night on our way back from the Caribbean side. A/C was heaven after 6 nights without A/C, Shower was nice. Place was spotless. Beautiful land and scenery. Highly recommend.

The location of the house is perfect, surrounded by nature. Many birds and other animals to see! Wendy and her family are so kind. Breakfast and dinner, made by Rita, tasted really good. Oso the dog showed us the way to a beautiful waterfall and swimming place nearby. Sarapiqui is a nice region, a lot of nature to explore without crowds. Don't hesitate, just book this place. You won't regret it.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Casa del Cafe-Familiar is a guest house set in a historic building in Heredia, 40 km from Poas National Park. Such a beautiful historic home! The hosts were gracious and kind, and the grounds were beautiful! If we return and need a place to say in the San Jose area this will be at the top of the list!

Welcome to Casa Familiar La Tortuga, your home away from home in Barva de Heredia! Great place to stay. Very clean and welcoming. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very nice.I would recommend staying here.

Offering mountain views, Apart Céntrico con vista is an accommodation situated in Heredia, 10 km from La Sabana Metropolitan Park and 15 km from Alejandro Morera Soto Stadium. Location was perfect and the view is amazing. The hosts are wonderful. When I arrived there was no water as the City had apparently turned it off for maintenance. I did not handle it well as I'd had a long day and just wanted to take a shower and go to bed. The hosts were more tolerant and gracious than I deserved. The water did return and all was well.

Suite y Loft Casa Toría features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in San Isidro, 19 km from La Sabana Metropolitan Park. Wonderful place to stay! Even though we arrived very late they still had a plate of yummy food for us :) The owners are very friendly and the garden is lovely. From the room you can even spot some hummingbirds. Breakfast was perfect. All in all we definitely recommend!

Located in San José, La Casa de Cariari Al Golf offers accommodation with free WiFi and access to a garden. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Beautiful and well designed accommodation. So peaceful and quiet. We slept ever so well. The Italian owner even made us breakfast in the middle of the night as we had to leave early for our flight. Thanks again!

This island on the Puerto Viejo River offers charming rooms with balconies, overlooking the tropical rainforest of Sarapiqui. The location is great, next to the river and with a beautiful garden. The beds are spacious, and the breakfast is good with homemade bread. It was nice bathing in the river.
