Due to an unknown system error, the owner did not expect our arrival, so that no room is ready for us. We appreciate the owner, Blair woke up at mid-night and let us in, explained the situation, booked and paid Explore Hotel for us to stay, and paid a taxi for us to get there. The situation could be worse what if the owner was not in the property when we arrived at middle of nowhere after midnight. Owner's quick solution is above and beyond.
