We appreciate the owner, Blair woke up at mid-night and let us in, explained the situation, booked and paid Explore Hotel for us to stay, and paid a taxi for us to get there. The situation could be worse what if the owner was not in the property when we arrived at middle of nowhere after midnight. Owner's quick solution is above and beyond.

Beautiful house with all the amenities you could need. Excellent location, close to downtown but far enough to enjoy the scenic view from the back window and deck.

Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Aurora Bayside Inn offers comfortable and affordable accommodation in Yellowknife. I loved the location and that it was smaller than a large impersonal hotel. It was very clean and tidy, with well supplied tea and coffee making facilities. It was extremely comfortable.
