The manager and owner of the accommodation was exceptionally helpful and service orientated. We were warmly welcomed and dinner was prepared for us (although we had forgotten to book it). During breakfast and dinner we had very nice conversations with the owner Chimney, which were of great value for the rest of the trip. As an experienced guide from the Chobe region, Chimney was able to give us lots of tips and suggestions. Thanks to his good network, he was also able to spontaneously organise various activities such as a boat trip and a horse riding excursion. I can highly recommend this new accommodation, even if it is in a somewhat rural area. It was perfect for me and my friends as the location allowed us to visit both the north and south of Chobe National Park.

Offering a shared barbecue area and a small swimming pool, Elephant Trail Guesthouse is located in Kasane. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and shared kitchen. The guesthouse is full of friendly staff and guests. Our room was very cozy and authentically charming, almost fairytale-like. The atmosphere was enhanced by a storm and a power outage (which was quickly resolved).

Our stay at the POVI Guest House was excellent. Connie is one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. The accommodation was basic but clean, and she went above and beyond to help. You can book activities through the guest house; we booked game drives and river cruises, all of which were excellent. Highly recommend staying here.

I had a very good 3 nights at the guest house. The staff was very friendly and assisted whenever I needed help. Phomolo was very patient with as a solo traveller I needed guidance with almost all my activities. I will definitely use them again.
