This was the first Home stay that we have stayed at while travelling Vietnam. The experience was very different to a hotel room and something we really found to be a fascinating change. The apartment is big and well equipped. It has 2 beds a king and a double also a kitchen area with hob and a large fridge freezer which was full of free water on arrival. A separate bathroom with walk in shower and a large TV with Netflix and YouTube. The apartment is large and extremely nice but it's the family that made it so unique. Tan the owner could not have been any more friendly and helpful to us, in fact the whole family were so determined that we had a good time that we really felt grateful to be there. We were served ice coffee, ginger tea and a big bowl of delicious fruit every morning. Also a bonus when travelling for any length of time is our laundry was all taken care of . You can interact with the family as much or as little as you want. We were drawn in by their friendliness to us and this was highlighted on the first day of TET when they invited us to join the extended family for a celebration lunch. It was a fantastic day with food and drink and everybody singing karaoke. I think they appreciated that we joined in even though my kareoke is not too good. Tans mum a lovely lady waved us off after 6 very enjoyable days. Even the very quiet and friendly little dog was a joy and I'm not normally a dog person. So obviously I would highly recommend a stay here.

The room and staff were great. It was a short walk to the market and a bit longer to the beach. There was a bit of noise from the roadside and the farm animals. But for a short stay it was fine.

The host and her family are so lovely and welcoming, they made us feel so at home. Plenty of helpful recommendations for local authentic restaurants and tailors. Every time we came through the door we were welcomed with water which was my favourite part. Breakfast is great if you like fruit, they have good savoury options too like cao lau or pho. I couldn’t fault this place, the roof top view is also stunning!

Location was wonderful - central to restaurants, retail and river .
Our host was so gracious and helpful and her son also assisted us to ensure our stay was enjoyable and easy . She supplied us with umbrellas and and with our taxi on departure .
Breakfast was great - varied choice offered - great coffee!

This is a great place to stay in Hoi An! It's kind of 10 min ride on the bicycle (included) from old town, makes it very calm during night time. The family is very friendly and helps you with anything you need, but they don't try to sell you any tour bookings you don't want. Plus, there is a very nice outdoor pool in the garden! I would give it 100/10 if I could... I'm coming back in one month!
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
We loved our stay here for 2 nights. A little different than the ancient town where we were as it is very lively attracting a younger living style but we stayed here for our 13 yo granddaughter. The villa was huge, ours had a semi outside jacuzzi too. Plenty of private outside space too with a garden and barbecue bar area but the heat kept us inside. Only a minute or so to the beach and beach cafes too. The manager Tran was awesome helping to make our stay great.

Great location close to the beach. Will and Ly are great hosts and have everything you could ask for from a hostel; clean rooms, a pool, a full bar for a range of food and drinks, chill out areas to hang, and lots of tours and recommendations. The vibe is very chill and social without being a party hostel.

Small boutique hotel with a lovely pool, close to the beach. The room was large and full of light, you literally had to just open the door and could jump into the pool. The host was super nice, she came by each morning, bringing fresh fruit and changing our towels.
Great hostel. Will and Le are so lovely and make you feel welcome from the start. Nothing is too hard and are happy to assist with travel plans. The pool is perfect, location is quiet but close to the beach.
I thought the whole vibe and energy was lovely.. So relaxed and friendly, quiet at night, staff even had my speaker sent on as I forgot it when I checked out. Super clean and lovely private room for a reasonable price.
