You can rent scooters with them and they will help you with literally ANYTHING. I came in early so they let me rest in a separate room till my actual room was getting cleaned. I spend 3 nights with a friend and came back for one more night by myself. The location is a bit outside of the downtown area but as the name refers it is a retreat away from all the busy streets. I would come again. The staff is very friendly, I left a piece of Jewelry in the room and they were so kind to contact me and send it to my address.

Location was approx 10-15 mins easy walk to the Old Quarter. Many great restaurants are on the same street so you don't have to walk to the Old Quarter for a meal. We had the family room, amazing! Clean and spacious. Felt like a mini resort. There is a pool but it was a little cool when we stayed and didn't get a great chance to use it much as it's not heated. The staff were kind and breakfast, which was included was very appreciated. A choice of western and Vietnamese cuisine was offered.

It’s really good value and you have the advantage of being part of authentic village life. If you want to be a little off the well-beaten tourist track, or if you are a digital nomad, this is a perfect spot. Highly recommend.

Nam Hội Homestay, a property with a garden, is situated in Hoi An, less than 1 km from Hoi An Historic Museum, a 12-minute walk from Assembly Hall of Chaozhou Chinese Congregation, as well as 14 km from Montgomerie Links. The property has city and quiet street views, and is 400 metres from Japanese Covered Bridge. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking.

Sightseeing tours are available within a reachable distance of the property. A bicycle rental service is available at the bed and breakfast. It’s a real homestay at a local family. Father and mother care of the guests with true love and genuine smile. Hoang speak well English and help parents on phone if we had questions. Small children are cute and smiley too. Home made breakfast, it’s worth to order! Hoang also helped to organize our daytrips and help to buy tickets to Hoi An memories show, thank you! Building is newly renovated, brand new inside and outside. Wide and very comfortable bed. Location is perfect, only few steps from city center in a quiet street. Mini Market, Massage, restaurants almost next door. Release of lanterns at the river cca 200m from Nam Hoi Homestay.
