The room was very spacious and clean. It’s located on a side road so it is super quiet as well. Great location in regard to the sights, about 10 min from the royal palace and pretty close to the river. AC worked well.

The guest house is a superb value for money. Especially if you consider that the location is extremely great, the Mekong River and the Palace is 5 minutes walk away. Furthermore, the staffs are super nice, helpful, and always greets you with a smile.
