Everything, from the welcome to all of the hotel services. Staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. They really look after you. The facilities and rooms are lovely. Breakfast is fantastic. Thibaud has got the whole guest experience down to a fine art.

Petra was a wonderful host, after traveling for months it is nice to encounter someone like her! You can tell she really puts a lot of love in this place.
Breakfast was great, the bread was so yummy and also all the spreads (western style).
The location is not the closest to the city center but it’s still in a busy street with many things to do (buy a SIM card, eat something, a gym…). We mostly took tuk tuks from there though.
AC and all the basics were there so overall good price value! We also had a small fridge.

Lovely old french style building that is gracious and inviting with delightful balconies. But my number one favourite thing is the trees and gardens. There are so many birds and butterflies and some delightful squirrels. And the chef here is a genius.

The new owner Eugene was very friendly & accomodating. He helped me with all my enquiries about travelling in Kampot. He’s from the UK but he has lived in South East Asia for awhile so he offered a lot of useful advice. The place was quiet & you’re able to rest comfortably. Cafes are walking distance & if you need to go by transport to the centre, it costs around $1.50-$2 US.

The staff was helpfull and friendly, and spoke English quite well. The 4 different meal's I ate, both American and Asian, were very tasty. The bed was comfy cozy, and everything in the room worked well enough to get by... for a short stay. The location was'nt bad if your looking for quiet night's. There are shop's, food stall's and market's in the area, and many more just a couple of street's to the East. An easy walk for a bit of exercise..! And last but not least was how inexpensive it was to stay there.
For travellers who enjoy beauty in the simple things, a bed and breakfast (B&B) is the perfect place for a getaway. Hosts welcome guests into their homes and provide a private room and complimentary breakfast. Bathrooms may be shared by other guests, and there is often shared space with the host.
This place gives you a great homestay experience with super-friendly and helpful owner. Food was excellent and room was clean with a quiet atmosphere. If you would like to experience a bit of rural life in Cambodia just outside of Phnom Penh, this place could be the best choice.
