As a stopover on the route it is good. The rooms were clean, warm. The showers worked well. There are kitchen facilities upstairs. There is a Space invaders old video game and the TV works. The coffee machine works. The sofa is comfortable. Its a cheap and cheerful stopover for the night, NOT a hotel. If you want a hotel, go to a hotel. Yes I would stay again. Beautiful environment. Very good beds and bathroom. Excellent breakfast. Well eqipped, absolutely clean apartment. The open-air hot bath tub is a great idea, it was a great experience at the end of the day, with a stunning view.
Quaint hotel, we were the only guests due to a storm and the lady in reception was so helpful and friendly. The food was lovely, the chef had made some extra treats which were divine! Breakfast was lovely!

A great location
Everything was clean. It's a guesthouse, so the experience can be varied according with the other guests sharing the house/toilets, but everyone was quiet and respectful whilst I was there. The staff was very nice too. And the location is great if you are looking for somewhere quiet and near Vik/Skogafoss.
