Very nice apartment, right in the outskirts of Egilsstadir (2 minutes drive from the city center). Plenty of space for 3 people. Spotless clean! super Wifi and smartTV. Perfect stop over when travelling the ring road and only 5 minutes from the majestic Hengifoss.

Very nice small luxury hotel in the woods south of Egilsstadir with views of the lake from the outdoor hot tubs and restaurant. The two hot tubs have a very pleasant temperature. Bathrobe and slippers were offered for free. Spacious, modern and stylish ground-floor rooms with terrace, a small table and desk.
Excellent breakfast, they even prepared fresh waffles and pancakes. Dinner was also great and freshly prepared in the open kitchen.
The hotel is situated near Egilstadir, where we had to stop over before heading for the ferry in Seydisfjordur. The hotel was very quiet, with nice, clean and spacious rooms. The diner facilities were good, and they were really helpful in preparing for us a 'take away breakfast', as we had to leave very soon in the morning to catch the ferry, All-in-all a very nice experience in a very comfortable, nice privately owned (?) local hotel!
The room was very clean, it had a private bath, and a garden view. The hotel was quiet. There is a shared very well equipped kitchen with two refrigerators and dining area for about 10-15 people.
Spacious and modern room with a comfy double bed and a kitchenette for those who like the cook!
It is a great location closer to Vok Baths and its on a quiet street off the main road. Had a lovely nights rest here.
